Symptoms

The "PCA_ADMIN upgradeFullMN ..." fails with:

 

Changes

 The "firewalld" service on a management node had been stopped in order to facilitate it serving the ISO file referenced in the upgradeFullMN command using the Python HTTP server utililty.
