Goal

BSF app-info Allowed Disrupter not setting to 1 even after following the Troubleshooting Guide

As mentioned in "Debugging Post Installation Related Issues" section of the troubleshooting guide when we follow the same steps so that the ALLOWED DISRUPTIONS of the APP-info PDB to set to 1.
But even after we followed the guide the ALLOWED DISRUPTIONS of the APP-info PDB is still 0. We wanted to set this value to 1 for smooth upgradation of CNE to PI-D but its still the same. So need support for this issue as it is mentioned in the guide but even after we follow the result is the same.

[admusr@oracle-5gsig-bastion-2 ~]$ kubectl get pdb -n e2eocbsf
NAME MIN AVAILABLE MAX UNAVAILABLE ALLOWED DISRUPTIONS AGE
bsf-app-info-v1 N/A 50% 0 18d
bsf-cm-service N/A 50% 1 18d
bsf-config-server-v1 N/A 50% 1 18d
