LSMS : GUI Change Password Error "The Server Is Not Responding" (Doc ID 2940827.1)

Symptoms

On : LSMS 13.5 version

The new GUI user was prompted to change password on the first login. When attempt to change password, the system returns an error "Server Busy: The server is not responding."
