Solaris 11.4 Can Panic With assertion failed While Performing zr_expiry_update() (Doc ID 2944251.1)

Symptoms

The panic string will be:

assertion failed: (zr_update_expiry_prop(os, new_expiry, tx, B_FALSE)) == 0 (0x1e == 0x0)

or

assertion failed: (zr_update_expiry_prop(os, 0, tx, B_FALSE)) == 0 (0x1e == 0x0)

The panic stack will include:

zr_expiry_update
zr_expiry
zr_destroyable
zfs_ioc_destroy

or

zr_expiry_update
zr_expiry
zfs_get_zplprop_impl
zfsvfs_get_zplprop
