The acquire-config fails with the below error:

SBC# acquire-config 1.x.x.x (primary SBC IP address)
Current config will be replaced by the acquired config.
Continue? [y/n]?: y
Acquire-Config received, processing.
1.x.x.x waiting 240000 ms for request to finish
Request to '0' has Failed
