Purpose

 This document contains guidelines for using the Manual Patching Support (MPS) feature of MiniCluster release 1.6.1

Scope

 This document covers the manual application of Solaris OS and/or Database patches to MiniCluster running versions 1.6.1.  It is suitable for those already familiar with the architecture, functionality and maintenance of MiniCluster installations. 

NOTE:  The guidelines and instructions provided here are intended for use on Oracle MiniCluster S7-2 systems running MiniCluster software version 1.6.1 ONLY.
