Symptoms

Invalid XDB objects prior to datapatch

WARNING: Following components are NOT in a valid state.
  This could cause patching failure. If it does, consider
  running utlrp.sql to bring components to VALID state.
  Then, re-run datapatch.

  FIADW01P : XDB [INVALID]
