Ops Center: Live Migration Timed Out

Symptoms
OpsCenter appears to be taking long time to live migrate an Ldom to a new Cdom in a server pool.
The job log shows the following task failure:
Confirmed that the /var/mnt/virtlibs/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/guest-domain.properties file is incorrectly showing "owner.hostname=<incorrect CDom name>"
However, the ocdoctor/explorer/ldom/ldm_list.out output from target cdom correctly lists the ldom that was migrated.
