Symptoms

On PCF 22.1.1 with cnDBTier 22.1.1, the following error is seen when running ALTER TABLE SmPolicyAssociation$EX and pdssubscriber$EX :
ERROR 1412 (HY000): Detected change to data in source table during copying ALTER TABLE. Alter aborted to avoid inconsistency.
