OCCNE 22.4.0 - Issues Got While Rebuild Masternode01 (Doc ID 2956766.1)

Goal

Customer are not able to access masternode01, as this is the leader master node, they are not able to proceed with occne upgrade and other occne activities(downgrade containerd to 1.5.8)

please find the error while running the command "ssh <masternode01>"
$ Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).

As there is no backdoor for this VM, need to rebuild the master node-01. Following procedure of recovering failed controller node in CNE Install Guide. Got the following error:
