Diameter-manipulation doesn't work (Doc ID 2958199.1)

Goal

The goal is to manipulate Framed-IP-Address AVP in the diameter request AAR, that P-CSCF sends to the PCRF via Rx interface. The following manipulation rule as diameter-out-manip in the configuration element ext-policy-server, but IP address remains unchanged, as if SBC would not detect it.
