PCA-ADMIN> delete authfunctionFamily name=TestAuthFamily

fails with error:

Error Msg: PCA_AUTH_000016: The resource TestAuthFamily is currently used by the AuthPolicyStatement object ID= xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

AuthPolicyStatement was deleted before deleting the authfunctionFamily.
