Goal

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We have three new UDR's [UDRA(Active)/UDRB(Standby)/(UDRC)Spare] installed with following resources on VMWARE ESXi.

UDR NOAM: vCPU - 8
  RAM - 64GB
  DISK - 400GB

But filesystem is having some issue while installation of UDRA and UDRC. Kindly refer:
[admusr@UDRA]$ sudo vgdisplay vgroot
  --- Volume group ---
  VG Name vgroot
  System ID
  Format lvm2
  Metadata Areas 1
  Metadata Sequence No 159
  VG Access read/write
  VG Status resizable
  MAX LV 0
  Cur LV 11
  Open LV 11
  Max PV 0
  Cur PV 1
  Act PV 1
VG Size 58.22 GiB   >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Incorrect Value
  PE Size 32.00 MiB
  Total PE 1863
  Alloc PE / Size 1787 / 55.84 GiB
  Free PE / Size 76 / 2.38 GiB
  VG UUID OdHrh8-JPAe-F7lX-lDP5-mdoC-pV1y-5UJfx2

While UDRB is normal:
[admusr@UDRB ~]$ sudo vgdisplay vgroot
  --- Volume group ---
  VG Name vgroot
  System ID
  Format lvm2
  Metadata Areas 1
  Metadata Sequence No 1295
  VG Access read/write
  VG Status resizable
  MAX LV 0
  Cur LV 11
  Open LV 11
  Max PV 0
  Cur PV 1
  Act PV 1
VG Size 399.47 GiB >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Correct Value
  PE Size 32.00 MiB
  Total PE 12783
  Alloc PE / Size 1787 / 55.84 GiB
  Free PE / Size 10996 / 343.62 GiB
  VG UUID OdHrh8-JPAe-F7lX-lDP5-mdoC-pV1y-5UJfx2

We have followed same installation process for all three but UDRB is having correct VG Size 399.47 GiB but other two UDR not having correct VG Size VG Size 58.22 GiB .
