Follow SAML integration document Note: 2882744.1

Importing the IdP metadata results below error:

<OMS HOME>/bin>emctl config auth import_saml_identity_provider -sysman_pwd password -idp_metadata ..\gc_inst\user_projects\domains\GCDomain\idp_metadata.xml
