Symptoms
On : 19.x version (from 19.5 to 19.9), We could see the following error , when dml over a LOB column and the column is larger than 256K Bytes.
1.Error info in alert log:
So , It is required to check the DDL of the table and confirm the BINDs used by the DML if the values is blank in the trace files.

Upgraded to 19.5 to 19.9 version.
