Symptoms

In a multitenant database having PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET and PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT setup on the CDB and on the PDB side too,  the V$PGASTAT view has incorrect con_id and 0 values for some PGA related statistics, as:
