EM 13: OS Jobs Going To Suspended: Agent Is Not Ready (Doc ID 2978983.1)

Symptoms

OS  Jobs Submitted against  a host target goes to 'Suspended: Agent is not Ready' status

The 'is_ready_for_job' parameter in the Repository database for the database target, the value is set to '0'. This should be "1". If the value is set to '0' is blocking the database target for jobs.
