Symptoms

This document is only applicable to systems at 3.0.2-M3.5 (Build 302-b892153) or later.

For those earlier than 3.0.2-M3.5 (Build 302-b892153) open a Service Request to obtain a solution.

All PCA Compute Instances (aka Virtual Machines, "VM's") became inaccessible from the Data Centre network.

 1.2) Log into a pcanwctl pod container that ncc was installed into
 1.3) Run the ncc command to check the gateway that was unscheduled, e.g.
 1.4) Establish the least utilised compute nodes:

 2.2) Re-check the gateway port
