Tfactl Does Not Complete Successfully When Java Exception With Permission Error Is Occurred

Symptoms
After AHF is installed as non-root and non-deamon mode, tfactl diagcollect does not complete successfully after java exceptions with permission errors are occurred.
When the symptom is occurred, diagnostic information is still collected and collected files are zipped successfully.
However, user need to forcely stop tfactl by ctrl+C since tfactl prompt is not returned.
