Goal
AWR report in Exadata X10M shows that incorrect number of CPU cores.
Value of v$osstat.NUM_CPU_CORES is similar.
SQL> select STAT_NAME,VALUE from v$osstat where STAT_NAME like 'NUM%';

----------------------- ----------
NUM_CPUS 16
NUM_CPU_CORES 16 <<<<<
