Symptoms
After updating the system to Solaris 11.4 SRU 51 through 11.4 SRU 63, a system with
multiple zones and many entries in the /dev directory will take much longer to boot
all of the zones.
The customer's system had 10 zones. Before installing Solaris 11.4 SRU 51 (through 11.4
SRU 63), all of the zones would boot in a total of a minute or less.
After applying Solaris 11.4 SRU 51 (through 11.4 SRU 63), all of the zones took 10 to 12
minutes to go online.
