Tape library media changer (Robot) and related drives are no longer detected on Netbackup Appliance after upgrade of Appliance level
Changes
Customer recently upgraded their Netbackup Appliance from current version: 5.001 to 5.3x (or Netbackup software version: 10.001 to 10.3 )
