Symptoms

The Oracle Communications Service Communication Proxy (SCP) Administrator reports that attempts to search within Published PDF Documentation bundles yields unreliable results: search queries for keywords, parameters, attributes, or procedures often incorrectly result in no positive matches, despite availability of content within the PDF document

This behavior can quickly lead even the well-intentioned customer/user to give up their search, under the mistaken impression the desired reference material is not available.
