vCNE 1.7.2 DBTier All SQL Node VM's Down (Doc ID 3012246.1)

Goal

vCNE 1.7.2 , SQL Node VM's were not coming up and were in failed state when status was checked using "show status -r occnendbclustera".

Attempt was made to start/reboot the VM Instance from Openstack GUI but was unsuccessful.

On Openstack GUI , For SQL Node VM Instance, below log was being thrown :

Unable to open file: /etc/keys/x509_ima.der (-2)

Further we tried to use rescue image to boot the VM Instance, we got below error :

[FAILED] Failed unmounting Configuration File System.
