Difference between SBC and ECB in how they handle ping OPTIONS responses (Doc ID 3033056.1)

Symptoms

Ping OPTIONS coming from SBC to ECB, ECB is responding with 480 No Routes Found. SBC showing ECB SA status In-Service.

But when Ping OPTIONS coming from ECB to SBC and SBC responding with 480 No Routes Found, ECB marks the SBC SA as Out of Service.
