Symptoms
. Spare disks reported as FAULTED but in AVAIL status in the pool
. Issues can arise if the pool has mixed disk sizes.

Changes
When a drive is marked as faulted a spare disk is brought in, the spare must be equal or larger than the drive it's replacing.
