On : version : MOS Mobile: https://support.oracle.mobi/MMOS/faces/welcome.jspx
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The User is logging into MOS Mobile : https://support.oracle.mobi/MMOS/faces/welcome.jspx
The User is a CRM On Demand Customer
The User is unable to see any Service Requests under their Support Identifier
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The User to be able to access MOS Mobile and have the ability to view and update open Service Requests (SR) using this application
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log Into : https://support.oracle.mobi/MMOS/faces/welcome.jspx
2. Click on "All Open SR"
3. No results
