Symptoms

Upload of ocmconfig.jar failed. The SR was saved as Draft last Thursday morning.
4 days later, I still do not see my Configuration in My Oracle Support.

Changes

 Environment: 12.1.0.2 DB Home w/OCM 10.3.8.1.1 (on AIX 7.1).
