Information in this document applies to any platform.
Able to change the Auto-SR (ASR) service request (SR) contact person and email delivery destination from the system tab of My Oracle Support (MOS) instead of ASR Manager. You will learn how to do this in this document.
Please note: E-mail will be sent to the delivery destination of e-mail at SR creation and manual SR update, but the schedule adjustment e-mail from the dispatch team will be sent only to the SR contact person.
