Symptoms

While configuring OCM, you may encounter the following error :


$ ./configCCR
Configuration requires the following piece(s) of information.
Customer Support Identifier (CSI): XXXXX
Oracle MetaLink User Name: <email non oracle>
The two character country code: XX

** Validating configuration changes with Oracle Configuration Manager server(s) **
Failure in registering with Oracle Configuration Manager server
Error connecting to server.
peer not authenticated

** Configuration changes restored to previous values... **
